EX10->EX13 automapping Problem with shared mailboxes

Hi

We have Exchange 2010 Sp3 RU4 and migrate now the Users to Exchange 2013 CU9. We have Problems with auto mapping in following situations. Is a user mailbox still on Exchange 2010 and the shared Mailbox migrate to 2013 auto mapping in Outlook 2010 doesn't work:

The set of folders cannot be opened. Microsoft Exchange s not available. Either there are network problems or the Exchange server is down for maintenance.

If we map the mailbox manually it works great.

In the Client profile autodiscover XML file there also the old 2010 Server:
        <DisplayName>shared mailbox 2010</DisplayName>
        <Server>ex2010.contoso.com</Server>

we tried to create a new outlook profi an recreate the permissions but it doesn't help.

I am sure this was fixed in a later rollup. I would have updated the server to the latest rollup before starting the migration to E2013.

I agree with above suggestion, we could update Exchange 2010 to CU10, then check if the issue persist:
